Who: Scouts from across the District.

Where: camping off Welshs Road, Milbrodale. About 1 km from Baiame Cave.

What: Chance to camp with other Units from across the Hunter Valley. Pioneering/Construction camp.

Wear: uniform to/from camp

Friday tea: We will be stopping at Singleton Maccas on way down (own expense)

Bring: usual camp gear - mess kit (incl tea towel), hat, sunscreen, water bottle, day pack, gear in case it rains or is cold (at night). We will be swimming in river  - so swimming gear including old shoes for in the water. Bring a torch at top of pack, as it will be dark upon arrival.

Scout Catering: is organised centrally, except for Friday tea, see above.

Accommodation: is in our troop's tents.

Sleeping: need to bring own sleeping bag and mat/stretcher

Toilets: there are toilets/showers at Campsite

Transport: Max 11 Scouts. Pick up at Scone Scout Hall 5pm, Muswellbrook Railway Station 5:30pm, Singleton Maccas 6:00pm. Make sure you confirm which pick up point.

Cost: $25, subsidized from our sub money. Money into the Scone Group Bank a/c (BSB 032 619, A/c 370 474) . Make sure your child's name is on the payment.  Email Fuzz when money transferred.

Parents:    if you are interested in camping the weekend with us - would love to hear from you. 
             Will need Scout Hub (electronic form)/money from each person youth/adult camping. 
             Adults staying overnight will also need to have registered via ScoutHub as an adult helper re valid Working With Children Check. See Fuzz for details.
 
Due to the central nature of this camp, you will need to reply to the Scout Event invite for this camp. This is just to clarify Scone arrangements. We will register you based on Scout Hub responses and payments to our account.

Supervision

• This activity will be conducted under direct adult supervision.
• Both male and female leaders will be present.
