Registration for this event closes at Thu 20 Aug 2026 9:00PM.
What: Hike across paddocks to the historic Moobi Wells on the original road to Merriwa. Then to the top of Moobi rocks then across Mount Moobi then down a spur line back to the start.
Who: Scone/Muswellbrook Scouts. Parents/friends welcome to join us but need a note per person.
Where: Mount Moobi (618m) is 10km West of Scone.
Wear: sensible hiking clothes/shoes (non uniform)
Bring: Hat, jumper, drink (2L water), lunch (no fires), snacks, 1st Aid Kit, in a day pack.
Note: there are no toilets (as such) along the track.
Transport: Meet at Scone Scout hall. Drop off point 15 min out of town. If you can help please let Fuzz know.
