Who: Hunter & Coastal Corroboree is a regional scout camp. It provides the opportunity for approx 500 Scouts from all over our Scout Region and beyond to experience Jamboree style camping. We will join together with other local scouts and their leaders to form a unit of approx 40 scouts.

Food: This five day event is fully catered with the ingredients for each Troop meal centrally supplied but prepared by the Duty Patrol. On the trip down we will stop at Singleton Macdonalds for breakfast (own expense).

Tents: The Scouts will be sleeping in tents, as patrols and dining under a dining fly with the whole unit. There are large toilet and shower blocks on site.

Activities: will include Canoeing, Commando Course, Camel Rides, Crate Stacking, Rock Climbing, Flying Fox, Archery, Laser Tag, Amazing Race (Gloucester), Fireworks (subject to weather) & Disco. There will be an overnight bivouac away from the main camp site. 

Packing: Tuesday 12 January 2027, 5pm, we will be packing troop camping gear at Scone Scout Hall. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Cost: is subsidized. Money into the Scone Group Bank a/c (BSB 032 619, A/c 370 474). Make sure your child's name is on the payment. Email Fuzz when money transferred. 

You can pay us either the entire amount in one go ($400) or as deposit and balance ($200 each). 

Form/deposit due Thur 29 Oct, balance due Thur 26 Nov. 

Please note there is a $50 late fee if you pay deposit after due date.

Note Venturers pay direct upon registration. 

Transport: As usual there will be pick up point at Muswellbrook Train station. Space is limited in the minibus so get in early.

Due to the central nature of this camp, you will need to reply to the Scout Event invite for this camp. This is just to clarify Scone arrangements. We will register you based on Scout Hub responses and payments to our account.
